Amoeba Hollywood In-Store Signing
Tori will be doing an in-store signing at Amoeba Music Hollywood location in support of Comic Book Tattoo. This has also been organized in special association with MySpace Comic Books. 200 lucky fans will get a chance to meet Tori and have her sign the new book.
The first 200 people to purchase the book starting at 10:30 am Monday, July 21st at Amoeba Music will receive a wristband for the signing, to begin at 6:00 pm.
Please note, no books will be sold prior to Monday at 10:30 am. If you plan to arrive before Amoeba opens at 10:30 am, please line up on the Ivar side of the store.

Tori at San Diego Comic Con!
Promoting the release of Comic Book Tattoo, Tori has scheduled a couple
appearances at the San Diego Comic Con. Plans begin with a COMIC BOOK
TATTOO panel, hosted by comics and music critic Douglas Wolk, and featuring
discussion between Tori, editor Rantz Hoseley and several of the
contributing creators on Saturday, July 26 from 11:30 AM - 12:30 PM.
Shortly thereafter, 2:00 pm to be exact, Tori will be doing a signing on
site. Fans wishing to meet Tori can receive tickets to her signing, limited
to 200 fans, by purchasing a copy of COMIC BOOK TATTOO at the Image Comics
booth.
Tickets will be made available in increments with 20 given out on Wednesday,
July 23, 75 on Thursday, July 24, another 75 on Friday, July 25 and 30 on
Saturday, July 26.
Comic Con takes place at the San Diego Convention Center. More details to
follow once specific locations within Convention Center have been
determined.

This July the ever-growing relationship between comics and music reaches new heights as Tori Amos and Image Comics release COMIC BOOK TATTOO, a 480-page, full color anthology adapting the themes and ideas behind her songs into a lush volume of sequential art.
"I have been surprised, excited and pleasantly shocked by these comics that are extensions of the songs that I have loved and therefore welcome these amazing
stories of pictures and words because they are uncompromisingly inspiring," says Tori. "It shows you thought is a powerful formidable essence and can have a breathtaking domino effect."

MORE BOOK DETAILS
There are 3 versions of Comic Book Tattoo. You'll have the option of
purchasing the paperback version, hardback version or (if you're lucky
enough to run across one) the Limited Edition version.
Each version is 480 pages, 12" x 12" and contains 50 song/stories by over 80
creators. The Limited Edition is a hardback version of the book slid inside
a leather slip case. This version is limited to 1000 copies in print but
each has been hand signed and numbered by Tori.
